>> White-balance Corrector
Auto-mode calibrates the correct color-filter for any light source. Even mixed neon + halon, the worst challenge to photographers, is easily color corrected by the plug-in. Manual mode has a slider for daylight-film and incandescent-film color-correction filters equal to Kodak Wratten 80A to 85B (in Europe B&W KB15 to KR15 - the plug-in control uses these steps).

Now you can edit saturation without splitting the image up into primary colors - red, green, blue. The plug-in operates with a full 360° color wheel. Convert photos and images to line-drawings. Set the color of both line and background. Optional transparent background. The plug-in can emulate toneline lithfilm to create line drawings that differ from regular edge-detection such as Photoshop's "Find edges". DIGITALNI APARAT!

Digitalni aparati

Digitalni fotoaparati funkcionišu na istom principu kao klasični - objektiv fokusira sliku, otvor blende i brzina zatvarača određuju pravilnu ekspoziciju, a raznovrsni modovi su vam na usluzi. Suštinska razlika je što svetlo kroz objektiv ne pada na film već na čip koji je osetljiv na svetlo i zove se CCD (Charge Coupled Device). Kada nešto fotografišete, slika se upisuje u memorijsku jedinicu koja je neka vrsta diska ili magnetske kartice. CCD je mali silikonski čip koji sadrži na hiljade ili milione, na svetlo osetljive elemente slike koji se zovu pikseli. Svetlo koje pada na piksel izaziva generisanje električnog napona, koji se pretvara u niz digitalnih podataka koje može da pročita računar. Što više piksela sadrži CCD, bolji je kvalitet tj. rezolucija slike. Boje se upisuju tako što se svaki pojedinačni piksel pokriva transparentnim filterom. Svaka grupa od četiri filtera ima jedan crveni, jedan plavi i dva zelena piksela. Finalna boja svakog pojedinačnog piksela se određuje izuzetno složenim računom koji predstavlja proračun svih piksela u odnosu na svaki susedni.

Digitalni fotoaparati poseduju opcije kojim birate kvalitet snimka - to je ustvari kako se slika upisuje u memorijsku jedinicu - softver digitalnog aparata može da uradi kompresiju slike prilikom njenog upisa. Na Vama je da odlučite o kvalitetu. Ukoliko izaberete opciju upisa podataka bez kompresije, kvalitet slike će biti na zavidnom nivou, a ako se odlučite za kompresiju slike, kvalitet će biti manji, ali ce zauzimati četvrtinu ili manje prostora u memoriji od nekopresovane. Naravno, stepen kopresije je moguće regulisati tako da lako možete doći do rešenja koje Vama najviše odgovara. Najzastupljeniji formati fajlova kojima se vrši upis podataka su JPEG,TIFF. Neki proizvođači uspevaju povećati rezoluciju sa softwareom unutar same kamere.

Fotografije se ne moraju odmah izradjivati nego se mogu pohranjivati na komjuteru. Znači kad se kartica popuni aparat se USB kablom priključi na kompjuter i slike se arhiviraju na hard-disk, obrišete memorijsku karticu i aparat je spreman za dalje fotografisanje.

U startu su digitalni fotoaparati nešto skuplji od klasičnih analognih fotoaparata, no kasnije su i isplativiji. Isplativiji su po tome što se svaka neuspjela fotografija može obrisati i što se izradjuju samo fotografije koje Vi odaberete.

 

Digitalna fotografija - na šta moramo paziti?

Postoji nekoliko stvari koje moramo imati na umu kod digitalne fotografije da bi bili sigurni da će fotografije biti istog kvaliteta kao i one snimljene filmom.

Samo usmeri i okini - to nije dovoljno ni za digitalnu fotografiju! Bilo da koristite standarni film ili čip slike sa point-and-shoot fotoaparata - bolje će biti ako sledite nekoliko korisnih saveta. Jefitni fotoaparati su opremljni sa blago širokougaonim objektivima. Za razliku - kod skupljih ćete naći ili zoom objektive ili promjenjive objektive digitalnih kamera.

Evo nekoliko saveta:

·  Izbjegavajte jaku kontrastnu svetlost

·  Ne slikajte direktno u Sunce

·  Izbegavajte udaljene objekte kada slikate pejzaže

·  Ne slikajte pri slabom svetlu bez blica

· Broj fotografija koje kamera može pohraniti zavisi od izabrane rezolucije. Veća rezolucija zahteva više memorije.

·  Nosači podataka su ili ugrađeni u kameru ili mogu biti izmenjivi kao mali floppy-diskovi (npr. PC kartice, Smart Media kartice). Danas se na tržištu u stvari mogu naći samo kamere sa izmenjivom memorijom različitih kapaciteta od 16MB pa već i do 4GB. One omogućavaju pohranu velikog broja fotografija kada ste na putu, a kasnije ih prenesete na svoj računar. Broj fotografija je samo ograničen brojem kartica koje ste poneli sa sobom.

Primer: Na kartici najmanjeg kapaciteta od 4 MB zavisno od izbrane rezolucije možemo snimiti:

  • 6 fotografija u rezoluciji 1600 x 1200
  • 12 fotografija u rezoluciji 1280 x 960
  • 96 fotografija u rezoluciji 640 x 480

·  Kod pregledavanja fotografija na monitoru računara jednostavno spojite kameru na računar pripadajućim kablovima (obično preko USB porta) i pokrenite software koji prenosi fotografije iz kamere. Snimljene fotografije se obično pojavljuju u obliku liste. Ovaj pregled je uporediv sa index-printom kod klasičnog filma. Za pregled pojedinih fotografija samo izaberete željeni motiv i pregledate ga i/ili snimite posebno.

·  Adapteri za kartice koji se spajaju sa računarom preko USB porta puno su praktičniji nego spajanje samog aparata na računar.

 

Koja bi svojstva digitalna kamera morala imati?

To uvek ovisi o tome šta i kako želite fotografisati i, naravno, to je pitanje novca.

Bilo kako bilo, evo nekoliko stvari koje bi ste trebali znati:

Standardna svojstva aparata bi trebala uključivati sledeće:

  • izmenjivu memoriju
  • autofokus
  • LCD display za prikazivanje fotografija
  • dobar objektiv
  • navoj za stalak
  • bljeskalica sa različitim funkcijama (fill-in, redukcija crvenih očiju itd.)
  • makro funkciju
  • samookidač
  • video ulaz
  • uobičajeni format baterija (premda se danas digitalni aparati isporučuju sa punjivim akumulatorskim baterijama.
  • kablovi i software

Sofisticiranija (naprednija) svojstva mogu isto tako uključivati sledeće:

  • zoom objektiv,
  • mogućnost audio-zapisa
  • moguće manualnog nameštanje vremena ekspozicije
  • moguće manualno nameštanje dužine ekspozicije
  • manualni white balance
  • upotreba vanjskih bljeskalica
  • panoramska funkcija
  • funkcija videokamere
